Job Description

  • Plan and control budget of the department.
  • Collaborate with Honda Motor as well as Honda Distributors to promote regional aftersales strategy.
  • Develop operation guidelines and standards in order to promote regional aftersales strategy.
  • Evaluate and provide solutions for Honda Distributors regarding the aftersales operations.
  • Evaluate and conduct operational training for Honda Distributor's aftersales personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related Engineering fields
  • Over 8 years of experience in Marine Engines or Automative Aftersales Business (especially in Field service – Aftersales business planning, Dealer development)
  • Management experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English both writing and speaking (TOEIC score minimum is 700)
  • Able to travel overseas and domestic

  • Honda R&D Southeast Asia, Romklao, Bangkok, Thailand
