Assistant Engineer-Completion Inspection (Q.A)

JOB PROFILE

• Job Title: Assistant Engineer
• Department: Quality – Final inspection
• Job purpose: Final Inspection of Genset, Water Pump, Engines and Tillers (Performance & Appearance), Daily defect report preparation, Analysis of daily defects, Assembly line audits, MIS preparation, Sampling Inspection of products as per plan, Defect analysis.
• Minimum Qualifications: Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Preferred/Desired qualification: Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Specific experience: 1-2 years
• Overall experience: 1-2 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performance testing (Engine, Genset, Water Pump & Tiller)
• Visual Inspection of (Engine, Genset, Water Pump & Tiller)
• Daily line audit and verification of first product & torque check sheet.
• Daily defect report preparation.
• Analysis of quality issues at final inspection.
• Internal Process Audit.
• Product Sample Inspection as per sampling plan.
• Delivery of products after Final Inspection in controlled cycle time with best quality.
• Procurement of consumable and related items within approved budget.
• 100% Final Performance Testing.
• 100% Visual Inspection of products.
