Assistant Engineer_EQ Technical

Short Description

Assistant Engineer is required to work independently or in a team, to conduct Honda Quality Inspection/Test on Single Parts and on Motorcycle during New Model Development stages, supporting/conducting audits on Internal/External processes, as well as supporting any Quality matters related to Manufacturing Business Unit.
•    Responsible for inspecting and managing Inspection Tools/Machines and other facilities available.
•    Responsible for conducting Quality Inspection/Test involving Parts and Motorcycle; and/or conduct process audit on Motorcycle Manufacturing Process (Internal Process) respectively.
•    Act as supporting role for external party audit on Part Manufacturing Process
•    Act as supporting role for activities involving New Model Development.
•    Act as supporting role for any hands-on activities (analysis, repair, inspection etc) related to Quality matters within Manufacturing Business Unit.
•    Conduct Initial Problem Analysis, make judgement and take appropriate action.
•    Prepare Check sheets and other related documents.
•    Prepare simple reports for result reporting on a periodical basis.
•    Initiate and continuously engage in sectional & departmental improvement activities.
•    Follow Safety rules and responsible for housekeeping of work area.
•    Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
