Short Description
To planning and managing section in own initiative; coordinates resources across multiple sections in strategic planning efforts for companywide strategy proposal; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain company’s operation.
Strategy
• To planning and managing section in own initiative; coordinates resources across multiple sections in strategic planning efforts for companywide strategy proposal; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain company’s operation.
• To propose strategy for business opportunities and risk management included future business planning.
• To propose long-term, short term and yearly company vision, set the target and manage organization’s company’s action policy (tree plan), schedule and business plan and liaise/ coordinate across business unit.
• To manage variety of news, case study, statistical data, analyses, develops planning studies before compiling proposal & performance reports and submitting them to managements in a timely manner in support new and updated plans, requirement, target, and regulations.
• To lead the section to determine the best course of action in the situation where a disaster or an unfortunate occurrence threatens the normal operations of Sales and Production target.
• To plan, execute the section’s target and report the section progress, quarterly section tree plan and yearly target achievement.
• To coordinate environment and social responsibility, safety, financial demands, policy & regulations, Digital switch concerns to ensure responsible, ethical and ongoing success together with relevant BU and E-COM. Issue topic to continue business analysis.
• To outline company BPM reporting strategy included story line and allocation of preparation material require from each BU supporter.; coordinate and manage across BU activities.
• To develop a necessary project management document that explain how the benefit of a project outweighs in its cost, justify resources allocation and benefit/risk it should be executed.
• To plan and carry out the cost effectiveness in the section and ensure the expenses and investments met budget allocated.
• To lead the section to prioritize on how to maximize performance by enhancing the ability of organization and minimize losses and disruption of operations when calamity strikes by developing improved processes that are more resilient to upheaval.
Tactic
• To guide subordinates to perform business Analyzer activities from Data analysis, market analysis, cost optimization consideration, perform measuring effectiveness, plan scenario modelling and prepare strategy road mapping and ensure completion and visualize within time given.
• To liaise and coordinate among and across department / division / business unit / oversea GENPO to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and action as appropriate.
• To coach subordinates to seek continuous improvement of work efficiency in the section.
Operational
• To check section’s operation & subordinate are compliance to BSH / government related rules & regulations.
• To handle all workplace disciplinary issues of subordinates effectively.
• To manage section budget and manpower resource according to the needs of the organization.
• To manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly target process.
Education
