Short Description

To ensure that all after-sales training is given to BSH service dealers in an efficient and effective manner will help them improve their quality and competency in accordance with BSH standards, which will increase customer satisfaction and foster trust in the calibre of our services and products.

•     Support the immediate superior in overseeing and managing the task segregation.
•     Create the yearly schedule for both technical and non-technical trainings.
•     Create training courses and resources to cover business goals in the company tree plan.
•     Managing and advise Project Leader for the new model service preparation activity
•     Manage training budgets, maintain records, and prepare reports. 
•     Cooperating with staff, HR departments, and management to guarantee that training goals are met.
•    To analyse any potential training that related with market issues and coordinate action plan with necessary section/department/division PIC.
