Job Description

Responsibility:

Automobile Parts Sourcing Change Operation (YUSHUTSU HENKO: YUHEN)

  • Receive Part sourcing change (YUHEN) requests from production base and recheck the accuracy of required document and follow up for correction
  • Submit and document for approval to related person in charge, management, and Honda Motor (Japan)
  • Feedback the result to each country

QCD (Quality/Cost/Delivery) Management Collection of Daily and Monthly Production Data

  • Check data accuracy and correction follow up for QCDMS and internal system.
  • Daily Production Data Operation
  • Tracking daily production data: Receive, summary, and consolidate data from each country in order to share to Asia & Oceania production base country and Honda Motor (Japan)
  • Monthly Production Data Operation: Receive, summary, and consolidate data from each country in order to support data analysis and submit to Honda Motor (Japan)

Asia & Oceania Region Investment planning

  • Receive and summary data from each country in order to support data analysis for getting the management approval
  • Check the accuracy and follow up for correction

Budget Control

  • Collect and summary budget for division operation work base on action plan
  • Consolidate budget plan from members and create graph analysis
  • Clearing all division expense
  • Support purchasing operation based on request

General Administration

  • Prepare and support maintaining office upon request from the maintenance department
  • Control office equipment and asset list.
  • Manage and facilitate Executives’ schedule.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields
  • Has at least 1 – 3 years’ experience in General Affairs or related fields
  • Good communication skills in English (TOEIC score 500 or above)
  • Able to communicate in Japanese
  • Good command in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Power Point)
