  • Achieve sales targets by effective management of assigned dealers in respective zone.
  • Management of area activities, sales team, overall dealer management.
  • Frequently visit dealer showroom and check showroom operation and sales process.
  • Provide sales training to team member, dealer and sales staff.
  • Regular communication and reporting about daily, weekly & monthly of dealers sales & activities.
  • Regular 8-10 days field visit for dealer development and market information collection.
  • Provide promotional activities guidelines to dealers time to time to boost retail sales and effectiveness of area marketing.
  • To appointment new dealer in assigned region.
  • Any other responsibility assign by superior for organizational requirement.
