Short Description

Reporting to the Technology Business Lead, this role puts you at the forefront of shaping and evolving SAP S/4HANA solutions across all Honda divisions. You’ll lead the technical design, development, and ongoing optimisation of business-critical systems, combining deep hands-on expertise in ABAP, CDS Views, and S/4HANA extensibility with a strong grasp of key functional areas including VMS (Vehicle Management System), Sales & Distribution, and Warehouse Operations. This blend enables you to diagnose complex issues, design smart, scalable solutions, and deliver outcomes that truly support end-to-end business performance.

As a trusted technical authority, you’ll act as the vital link between business stakeholders, ICT, and SAP MSPs driving alignment, quality, and innovation. You’ll ensure every solution meets high standards for performance, sustainability, and clean-core principles, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve and modernise the SAP landscape.
