Change Lead - Evolve Project

The Change Lead will be will be part of a ongoing Project and be responsible for developing and implementing the Change management plan for the launch of a major, business critical digital transformation. The role will be primarily responsible to coordinate for communicating, engaging and embedding the new processes related to the digital implementation.

The role includes developing the overall change management plan, obtaining approval and support, and implementing it across communications, training, embedding process change, launch, hypercare and stabilisation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement. You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure that changes are effectively communicated and adopted.
