Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Training Development and Delivery: Design and develop comprehensive training modules tailored for dealership personnel. Plan and conduct engaging training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dealership operations. Ensure that SOPs are effectively implemented and adhered to across all dealership activities.

  • Quality Audits and Improvement: Conduct regular audits of dealership activities to assess quality and compliance. Develop and implement actionable improvement plans based on audit findings.

  • Operational Support: Provide ongoing support to dealerships by delivering feedback reports, offering consultation, and providing technical guidance to optimize dealership operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management
  • Proven experience in training development and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and SOP creation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for quality improvement.
  • Effective communication and consultation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
