Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical engineering or any related fields.
- At least 1-3 years in automotive quality control
- Good command of English (TOEIC score 650+)
- Can read and understand part drawing.
- Good command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint program
Job Description
- Responsible to control and monitor on customer claim issues (claim quantity, analyze and investigate cause of problem).
- Handle customer complaints and communicate effectively to related departments and concern persons for containment, corrective.
- and preventive actions.
- Support the quality inspection to ensure that claim products comply with the relevant requirements.
- Summarize, report and lead the improvement of customer claim KPI.
