Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical engineering or any related fields.
  • At least 1-3 years in automotive quality control
  • Good command of English (TOEIC score 650+)
  • Can read and understand part drawing.
  • Good command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint program

Job Description

  • Responsible to control and monitor on customer claim issues (claim quantity, analyze and investigate cause of problem).
  • Handle customer complaints and communicate effectively to related departments and concern persons for containment, corrective.
  • and preventive actions.
  • Support the quality inspection to ensure that claim products comply with the relevant requirements.
  • Summarize, report and lead the improvement of customer claim KPI.
