Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives across the organization. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in building capability, driving a culture of continuous learning, and aligning training strategies with organizational goals. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual training calendar aligned with business priorities and competency frameworks.

• Design, curate, and deliver blended learning solutions including instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, and on-the-job training (OJT).

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) / Training Needs Identification (TNI) in collaboration with business heads and HR Business Partners.

• Benchmark training practices with industry standards and introduce best-in-class methodologies. 

• Facilitate in-house training programs covering functional, behavioral, and leadership competencies. 

• Develop engaging training content, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and e learning storyboards. 

• Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and external vendors for specialized training content.

• Leverage Learning Management System (LMS) for content deployment, tracking, and reporting. 

• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes 

• Design and continuously improve the new hire onboarding experience to ensure faster time-to-productivity.

• Coordinate cross-functional induction programs, buddy systems, and orientation schedules. 

• Monitor onboarding effectiveness through feedback surveys and 30-60-90-day check-ins

• Support the design and implementation of leadership pipeline programs, management development initiatives, and succession planning interventions. 

• Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and e-learning programs for high-potential employees.

• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and develop future-ready competencies.

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and insights on training metrics: man-days, coverage, ROI, and feedback scores.

• Present learning analytics to senior management and recommend improvements.

• Liaise with department heads, HR, and senior leadership to understand evolving development needs. 

• Ensure mandatory/statutory training compliance across the organization (e.g., POSH, Safety, Regulatory). 

• Manage certification tracking, renewal schedules, and compliance reporting.  Taking care of employee connect/ Engagement activities throughout the year

• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus 

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness

• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of General HR procedures and policies

• Working Experience & Knowledge of SAP Software will be preferable
