Domestic Sales Support Officer

Job responsibility

• Support dealer inquiries concerning ordering, delivery etc.
• Work with the appropriate departments in order to monitor the delivery of parts. 
• Arrange daily/weekly/monthly back order (BO) Reports
• Any other projects as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communication Arts, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
• Good command in English both in speaking and writing (TOEIC score at least 650)
• High accuracy of mathematics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point
• Having service-minded attitude, good personality and able to work well with people
