Job Title: Engineer (Service Publication)

Location: Greater Noida (Head Office)

Job purpose: Coordination with Sv-PIC & PP svc. Pub. Deptt. for Content Development of Owner’s Manual, Shop Manual, Supplement Shop Manual, Quick Reference Guide etc. for Export & Domestic Markets, including Translation (if required). Outsourcing Translation & DTP as per need; Photo shoot & Web content Development; Monitor Drawing Change Notice to update Parts Master & Global Parts Catalogue with change implementation.

Minimum Qualification: Dip./Degree in Mech. / Auto. Engg. + DTP Tools Adobe Creative Cloud & Corel Draw

Preferred/Desired qualification: Same as above + MS-office 365 (Excel, Power point, Word & Outlook)

Overall experience: 5 years

Specific experience: Min. 2 years of handling Service Publications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional

  • Develop content for Service Literatures (Owner’s Manual, Shop Manual, Supplements, Quick Reference Guide, Flipcharts, Drawings) as per product launch schedules.

  • Manage outsourced printing of Service Literatures, POP materials (banners, posters, leaflets, wall charts, labour schedules, signages), and service stationaries (forms, certificates, ID cards).

  • Create and update web content (incl. Hindi translation) and implement changes with PP Svc. Pub. Dept. for online Parts Catalogue.

  • Maintain content back-up, software license renewals, and conduct PDCA for planned and ad-hoc activities.

Customer

  • Support SEDBQ members in Minor/New Model launches and coordinate with Genpos for foreign language translation verification.

  • Assist Field Teams & Dealers with service stationaries and GPC (online portal) access.

  • Coordinate with PIC Spare Parts for Parts Master updates.

Financial

  • Plan budgeted expenses and justify Capex & Opex purchases to management/procurement.

  • Develop/coordinate with suppliers for cost-effective, timely procurement.

  • Ensure payment collection and remittance for online portal license fees.

  • Apply best industry practices with effective change management.
