Reporting Supervisor : Section Manager 

Minimum Qualifications : Diploma or B tech Mechanical/civil/Tooling

Specific experience : 2 to 3 years

Overall experience : 3 years 

Job Purpose

To ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of indirect goods and services, supporting smooth business operations through efficient sourcing, supplier management, and compliance with procurement policies

Key Responsibility

• To float RFP/RFQ as per spec/ BOQ/SOW & negotiation with suppliers.

• To release PO/Contracts/Work orders & ensure timely delivery of goods / services.

• Having knowledge of various indirect materials spend, Consumables, especially corporate Capex/Opex commodities.

• Experience of project handling (Machine procurements, Civil Construction, Renovations)

• Close monitoring on planning & execution of required consumables & indirect material. 

• Inventory management to optimize inventory value & inventory carrying cost.

• Take up SQCDM issues, discrepancies & taxation / commercial with stakeholders to resolve. 

• Should possess good negotiation & communication skills.

• Initiate & support in cost reduction activities through VA/VE. 

• Scrap sale management regular & Initiate process for scrap disposal against user dept. request.

• Close monitoring of QCD issues through various MIS & controlling sheet

• Periodical management reporting on deliverables / KPI control items. 

• Working in Oracle ERP / SAP systems.

• Good Presentation skill. 

• Very good Knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point.
