Engineer_Market Quality

Short Description

Engineer is responsible as the main-administrative, planner and leader for daily operation/market quality/in-house quality/new model/ISO. Apart from that, is responsible to support the team in daily operation, feedback and analyze defects, create report and maintaining records as per Quality Management Standard requirement and other Honda Policies.
•    Responsible communicate with Customer Service for Market Claim related issues.
•    Responsible for conducting initial/functional analysis based on claim parts, make judgement and take appropriate action with other related parties.
•    Support the team in daily operation, and market defect feedback/communicate to related parties.
•    Responsible for the management of Market Claim Parts.
•    Responsible as Project Leader for Final Inspection Department New Model Development to manage the activities within the development stage.
•    Responsible for Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Budget, 5S and Safety and acts as Internal Quality Auditor.
•    Execution for section/department KPI achievement direction
•    Execution for daily follow-up action on the item that fixed for checking or confirmation purpose.
•    Act as supporting role for any hands-on activities (analysis, repair, inspection etc) related to Quality matters within Manufacturing Business Unit.
•    Prepare Check sheets and other related documents.
•    Prepare reports for result reporting on a daily/periodical basis.
•    Manage document/records as per Quality Management Standard and other Honda Policies.
•    Initiate and continuously engage in sectional & departmental improvement activities.
•    Follow Safety rules and responsible for housekeeping of work area.
•    Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
