Short Description

Provide excellent aftersales technical support to achieve high customer satisfaction towards Honda brand.

•    Assist dealers resolve any technical issues with the motorcycle through a field visit or Techline.
•    Assist dealers discover warrantable issues by offering guidance.
•    Perform diagnostics and repairs on motorcycles for unknown issues that the dealer is unable to resolve.
•    Process dealer's warranty and transportation claim submission.
•    Effectively carry out and complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks as delegated by an immediate superior.
•    Assisting immediate superior in analysing areas for improvement utilizing PDCA based on unit/section/department/division responsibilities.
•    Perform any other tasks and projects specified by superiors.
