Short Description

Provide excellent aftersales technical support to achieve high customer satisfaction towards Honda brand.

•    To handle the dealer's warranty and transport claim submission.
•    Providing exceptional customer service support, increase, maintain, and excellent internal and external customers' satisfaction with Honda services and brand.
•    Effectively carry out and complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks as delegated by an immediate superior in accordance with business requirements. 
•    Compile the data required to support BSH internal units, sections, departments, and divisions in accordance with unit function responsibilities.
•    Actively use PDCA to analyse areas for improvement based on division, department, section, or unit responsibility.
•    To complete any additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities that may occasionally be assigned by superiors.
