Short Description

Provide excellent aftersales technical support to achieve high customer satisfaction towards Honda brand.
•    Process Warranty & Transport claim submission from Dealer.
•    Increase, retain & ensure satisfaction of internal & external customer towards Honda services & brand by conducting and implement excellent customer service support.
•    Carry-out and execute daily/weekly/monthly/yearly duty efficiently as assigned by immediate superior according to company expectation. 
•    Prepare necessary information to support BSH internal unit/section/department/division according to unit function responsibility.
•    Analyze area of improvement by actively using PDCA according to unit/section/ department/ division responsibility.
•    To undertake any other projects, task & duties assigned by superior from time to time.
