Minimum Qualifications : Minimum Graduation or BE / B. Tech and MBA (Preferable)

Overall experience : 03 ~ 05 Years 

Job Purpose

This role requires the individual to manage complete and execute Product Planning strategies that support the successful development, launch, and growth of new products. and communications is a key responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to understand & handle the overall Product Planning area.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, with flair for data analytics, simulation, and presentation

• Collection of Market information related to Power products like Generators, Water pumps, General purpose engines and their various applications, brush cutters, Tillers etc. • Responsible for collecting market information through HIPP Field sales, channel partners, various Industry sources and interact with various cross functional departments including but not limited to R&D, Factory, Finance, Service, Imports & Logistics, among others.

• Responsible for product testing, specs fixation, Field Surveys and reporting the overall summary of projects to various Internal and external stakeholders

• Making and updating Industry growth trends, category-wise mapping, Competition tracking and reporting emerging trends to reflect future products/models in development line-up. • Report Monthly Sales Performance, Market Information (Competition sales, Mkt Share, Application wise sales, Price Comparison etc.)

• Knowledge about HIPP Products or power products, their usage and customer types will be an added advantage

• Must have a positive attitude toward continuous learning and upskilling

• Candidate should take self-initiative in tasks without waiting for instructions. 

• Must be able to identify opportunities, suggest improvements, and drive tasks independently.

• Strong communication skills for coordination with R&D, sales, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to make clear presentations and reports.
