Job Title : Executive/ Sr Executive

Reporting Supervisor : Chief Manager 

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree /MBA.

Preferred/Desired qualification : B. Tech/bachelor’s degree (MBA or PGDM preferable)

Specific experience : 3~5 years of experience in channel sales preferable in agriculture industry.

Overall experience : 3~5 years of experience in channel sales. 

Job Purpose

To take care of sales in assigned territory and to enhance Honda Power Products in the assigned territory through the dealers. 

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure front line sales-selling of products.

•  To keep a track of market and competitor’s activity.

• To take care of the achievement of sales targets allocated.

• To look after institutional sales-Corporate & Govt. Dept.

• To manage enquires and promote sales generation activities.

• Ensuring adherence to commercial systems/ policies of the company.

• Keep a track of tender business taking place in territory.

•  To look after Dealer/Distributor and Channel Network Management. 

• Can do competition scanning.

• To take care of the issues related to network development. 

• Subsidy promotion. 

• Regular customer contact and feedback on our product.

• Gather information about any new product introduction in market. 

• To keep a track on timely collection of BR.

• Judicious usage of allocated Budget.

• Reporting, MIS.
