Job Title: Sr. Executive/Executive

Job purpose: This role requires the individual to manage customer touchpoints like E-commerce Website & Customer Care (Call Centre) operations. Also, the individual shall be taking care of Events & Exhibitions, Photoshoots and Data Analysis.
Minimum Qualifications: MBA Degree in Marketing
Preferred/Desired qualification: MBA Degree in Marketing

Overall Experience: 3~5 Yrs. For Executive and 5~6 Years for Sr. Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end Customer Care operations, including enquiry management, lead conversion, and optimal utilization of customer support resources to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of the E-commerce website, including development coordination, content management, regular updates, SEO optimization, and lead management.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end, including vendor and supplier management, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Conduct monthly import data analysis to monitor competitor activity, identify market trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly marketing performance reports to management, summarizing key initiatives and outcomes using the PDCA framework.
- Liaise with external agencies to ensure smooth workflows and timely execution of marketing and operational activities.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal IT teams for software and infrastructure development to enhance sales promotion and digital marketing initiatives.
- Design, implement, and monitor sales promotion workflows, ensuring alignment with planned objectives and timelines.
- Lead the organization and execution of large-scale events, taking ownership from planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, presentations, and performance tracking.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through clear, impactful verbal and written communication.
- Apply creative thinking and strong command of English vocabulary to develop engaging content, presentations, and marketing materials.
