Short Description

Purchasing operation - Place order and follow up with supplier delivery. 
Supplier KPI Management – Monitor and update supplier KPI.
Inter-section/department communication – Communicate with Parts Planning, Warehouse and Finance for smooth operation.
•     To confirm or plan or execute for section KPI achievement direction.
•     To confirm or prepare a report for superiors when there are any abnormalities found in the working area.
•     To confirm or execute daily follow up action on the item that fixed for checking or confirmation purpose.
•     To confirm or prepare and present the business/improvement plan in monthly reporting.
•     To confirm or analyze the issue found by using necessary analysis method and tolls to execute for action plan.
•     To confirm or prepare report on section issue about the action plan and progress status by daily, weekly, and monthly.
•     To confirm or prepare monthly internal audit and International Organization and Standardization (ISO) documents.
•     To confirm or plan or execute and ensure safety, 5S and housekeeping in own working areas.
•     Undertake any other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
