Short Description

Sales Executive (indoor) oversees the coordinating, arranging of arrival and delivery of CBU bike, Keying in orders and making sure that all necessary document is ready during delivery, and making sure AP and K1 is ready during delivery of the bike. Assisting in allocation planning and Preparing delivery advice when needed.
Strategy
•    Establish and maintain long-term relationships with global suppliers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, and freight forwarders to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
Tactical
•    Handling urgent orders and last-minute delivery.
•    Resolving shipping delays and disruptions
Operation
•    Coordinate and collaborate with various service providers and government regulatory agencies
•    Coordinate Inbound CBU shipments with other Genpo, eg: HM, ASH and AHJ
•    Assist in dealer stock allocation and preparing delivery advice for dealer
•    Ensure proper storage and handling of motorcycles before delivery
•    Maintain, data entry to (EDMS and Pronto), and plan delivery of big bike
•    Prepare and send (AP and K1) to dealer for registration and Puspakom Inspection purpose
•    Invoice verification and issue EPR for payment of invoice
•    Prepare monthly incoming shipment report to update seihan & PDI team
Delivery
•    Monitor and manage inventory levels and prepare CBU movement report.
•    Assist in preparing weekly or monthly sales meeting materials to management
