Short Description

Custodian of Honda and BSH brand and visual identity, managing website while planning consistent organization of communication contents and organizing online as well as on-ground activation events to maximize brand and product awareness.
Administrative
• Prepare and submit digital performance reports each month, summarising key data and insight
Operational
• Oversee digital communication strategies, including managing internal WhatsApp blasts, booth engagement, and boosting social media posts.
Plan and manage content for Facebook and Instagram, including cover photos, stories, and responding to enquiries.
• Track sentiment across platforms using Sprinklr and ensure content calendar planning and on-demand content posts are aligned with product promotions and corporate branding.
• Manage competitor intelligence and collaborate with the agency to strengthen SNS management through weekly meetings
• Conceptualize and set objectives for digital innovative activations, while designing campaign mechanics such as creating landing pages, lead generation forms, lucky draws and token planning, developing questionnaires, surveys, and educational content.
• Manage the targeting and budgeting for digital ads, while overseeing the boosting of posts towards monitoring reach and lead generation performance, intervening as needed.
• Provide support to various departments as needed, ensuring alignment and collaboration on key digital marketing initiatives.
• To control company’s brand image including digital, social and printed medium including BSH Websites and all communication content
• To maintain the expenses and investments within allocated budget.
• To liaise and collaborate with cross div / others genpo / external agency on project requirements, proposals, quotations and other necessary areas.
• Maintain Honda and Boon Siew Honda’s Corporate Identity (CI) on job management and assist other sections on marketing and CI matters.
• Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
