Short Description

This role will play a vital role in maintaining the Company’s overall corporate communication and corporate identity following the Honda guidelines whilst organizing and planning the events in all aspects of the Company’s communication and operational matters to support the continued growth and development of the Company. 
•    Corporate Communications:
1.    Develop communication materials for internal public relations activities including but not limited to Company profiles, communication newsletter (BSH Insider) and corporate website (BSH.net) to strengthen corporate image and branding (focus on print media and electronic media content, e.g.: TV broadcast/ WhatsApp platform).
2.    Formulate internal communication strategies to reinforce the desired culture of the Company.
3.    Review all corporate communication materials regularly to ensure its relevance to current time and needs with accuracy.

•    Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Management:
1.    Formulate and plan effective strategies for CSR activities to enhance business sustainability and the image of the Company in compliance to the environment, social, and governance (ESG) best practices.
2.    Manage sponsorship and donation requests by external stakeholders according to Company policy.
3.    Manage and execute all CSR events efficiently and effectively.

•    Corporate Events:
1.    Take charge of event planning and organizing.
2.    Take charge of events and activities promotion, broadcast/ info sharing on all Company events and any other information received.
3.    Organize and assist in all factory visits (officials/ schools/ colleges).

•    Undertake any other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Bachelors in Communication or Public Relation
