Short Description

Provide support to solve Information Technology system and software related issues and request in timely manner. Monitoring and maintaining company’s application systems and databases to prevent downtime. 
•    Manages, implements and supports existing System, Database, Web Server and backup database (example, IIS, MS SQL, SAP HANA and etc).
•    Maintains documentation including hardware/software applications, systems, support logs, user accounts and other related information.
•    Provide support, troubleshooting and resolve Information Technology related issues. Including installing and troubleshooting & software, system, & database on desktops, laptops & server issues.
•    Develops, modifies, maintains, monitors the operation of assigned programs and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding to ensure that they operate reliably.
•    Reviews users’ requirements and needs for new software and performs analysis, design, implementation, installation and training related to new software developed or/and acquired.
•    Carry out daily checks on the services provided by Information Technology Department.
•    To support mission critical business application (example: PRONTO, PC-PACK, BOSS.NET, SAP).
•    Based on users’ requirements, performs analysis, design and develop different kind of reports.
•    Any tasks that assigned by the superior from time to time.

Education
