Short Description
Maintain new model planning processes while optimizing product development resources in meeting motorcycle customers’ needs, using research data and market observation in order to achieve organizational sales volume and profit targets.
Project Development
• Facilitating communication and coordination among teams to achieve project milestones and meet deadlines.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, sales, and finance to align product development with business strategy.
• Defining detailed product requirements and specifications based on market research and customer feedback.
• Translating customer needs and market insights into clear and actionable product features, functionalities, and design requirements.
• Ensuring new models comply with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications applicable to the industry and target markets
• Coordinating with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for product launch.
• To propose and get approval on overall sales concept/strategy of the product (including product feature, variant, price, color) to be introduced, according to the overall new models schedule.
Product Research & Analysis
• To gather market intelligence including market outlook, industry data, competitor analysis, customer behavior, and structure.
• Develop product marketing proposal in line with project objective and target.
Others
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
