Short Description

Network Enhancement 
This role manages the dealer network by conducting detailed mapping, market analysis, and overseeing dealership applications and terminations. It ensures strategic network optimization, monitors competitor activities, and identifies opportunities for expansion.

Strategic
•    Study new business concepts related to dealer networks (in collaboration with Genpo) and propose adaptations to BSH.
•    Analyze long-term dealer profitability by studying ROI, dealer performance, and suggest strategies for sustained growth and profitability.
•    Propose and drive future network expansion strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and business goals.
•    Develop strategies for dealer network profitability, ensuring that dealer relationships and operations align with BSH’s long-term objectives and profitability goals.

Tactical
•    Identify gaps or opportunities for dealership presence through network expansion, relocation, or termination.
•    Study competitors’ dealership networks and identify areas where BSH can expand or improve its own network.
•    Assist in tailoring promotions or marketing strategies for regional-specific demand to enhance market penetration.
•    Analyze the feasibility of new dealerships and determine optimal locations based on local demographics and market conditions.
•    Work with Sales Planning to ensure regional strategies align with market conditions and local opportunities.

Operation
•    Establish & update BSH dealer network mapping including competitors’ networks on a monthly basis.
•    Conduct area marketing studies to understand local demand, customer behavior, and demographic patterns.
•    Monitor and upkeep market information, including competitor activities and dealer presence.
•    Coordinate with Sales Planning Section to customize promotions or strategies for different regions to maximize market penetration.
•    Process account closings for dealership terminations and ensure compliance with related processes.

 Delivery
•    Manage and process new dealership applications: Respond to leads, liaise with candidates, check locations, prepare candidate profiles, arrange interviews, and obtain management approval.
•    Prepare dealership opening documents, agreements, internal memos, and surety updates.
•    Process dealership terminations: Conduct background studies, liaise with the Legal Department and other relevant teams, draft termination letters.
•    Prepare termination documents and internal memos, monitor terminated dealers’ obligations, and ensure return of surety.
•    Gather, monitor, and upkeep competitor dealer network information on a regular basis to stay updated on market dynamics.

•     Undertake any other reports, projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
