Short Description

Sales Allocation & Data Management
This position supports in CKD wholesale and retail planning, ensuring delivery plan aligns with allocations while managing data reporting. 

Strategic
•    Breakdown monthly allocation plan by model and colour.
•    Prepare daily stock for Regions based on production schedule.

Tactical
•    Monitor, cross check & updates branches CKD delivery advice (DA) submission based on daily allocation.
•    Ensure Region Sales PICs upload DA correctly to SAP, to support LG and FN processes. 
•    Track and monitor sales campaign result daily/weekly.
•    Conclude and analyze sales campaign/incentive campaign results.

Operation 
•    Manage and process branches DAR approvals.
•    Handling corporate sale project, staff purchase enquiries, confirmation and delivery.
•    Support in dealers EDMS inquiries or troubleshooting, eg: K1 Cancellation, color change, vehicle allocation issue, registration errors endorsement submission, etc. 
•    Support to coordinate with relevant sections to solve dealers’ EDMS troubleshooting errors. 
•    Support to maintain and update EDMS system and generate reports. 
•    Support to solve any issue reported by Sales representatives related to registration issues. 

Delivery 
•    Monitor and update dealers wholesale, retail sales, balance stock and compiling daily/weekly/monthly reports.
•    Update production, wholesale & retail figures to MASAAM monthly.
•    Update monthly JPJ data and forecast TIV.
•    Assisting in preparing monthly Sales Report, BOD Reports and meeting materials and upkeep of database.

•    Undertake any other reports, projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
