Short Description

Coordinate a group of security guards including outsource security guards to ensure security of the company, be it company assets, associates assets, associates safety while working in the plant are well protected at the best efforts by promptly report to management on any abnormality or suspicious activities / incidents detected for proper measures to be taken proactively
•    To monitor and ensure security on duty carry out all in-house security roles and responsibilities in maintaining, controlling, monitoring security of the companies for all the times.
•    To plan, establish & administer monthly duty roster, overtime, security expenses, etc 
•    To perform as 1st level leave approver by ensuring manpower arrangement well planned prior to Manager’s final approver to go on leave
•    To check and ensure security’s standard procedure as required being executed all the times which shall inclusive of beg search/screening, allow exit of associates with approval, etc 
•    To propose changes or establish new standard operating procedure (SOP) as and when required. 
•    To supervise outsource security to perform security roles and responsibilities as per BSH standard procedure
•    To monitor and ensure security checks on all the out-going vehicles without missed and ensure only authorize goods being brought out by all out-going vehicles all the times
•    To allow and record the entrance / exit of visitors all the times and monitor unauthorized prolonged stays from times to times 
•    To patrol, check and monitor all activities surrounding BSH compound and report any suspicious activities which may potentially threaten BSH security immediately  
•    To report any activities that may expose BSH property / security with high risks for prevention and continuous improvement purposes 
•    To liaise with nearest police station for security related matters in the plant or surrounding BSH
•    To monitor and alert on any fire alarms triggers via phone by BOMBA or any authorized parties
•    To assist and support in any investigation processes regardless whether the investigation initiated by government authorities or BSH
•    To ensure proper information flows to security on duty all the times via appropriate channel
•    Train and coach junior either via On-The-Job training 
•    To relief security guard in case shortage of manpower include working in shift if necessary
•    Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from times to times
