Short Description
To coordinates resources across multiple sections in strategic planning efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain Business Planning Function.
• To coordinates resources across multiple sections in strategic planning efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain Business Planning Function.
• To maintain Sales and Production Plan with multiple models. Support in obtaining E-COM approval on NIGURI proposal.
• To collects a variety of statistical data, analyses, develops planning studies before compiling proposal & performance reports and submitting them to managements in a timely manner in support new and updated plans, requirement, target, and regulations.
• To execute proposal of business opportunities and risk included future business planning.
• To act with the teams to support the section’s target included quarterly tree plan project and yearly target achievement.
• To liaison and coordinate among and across sections / div / GENPO to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and action as appropriate.
• To maximize performance by enhance the ability of organization and minimize losses and disruption of operations when calamity strikes by developing improved processes that are more resilient to upheaval.
• To act with the teams and determine the best course of action in the situation that a disaster or an unfortunate occurrence threatens the normal operations of Sales and Production target.
• Control the monthly, quarterly and yearly target process; establish and update organic growth targets setting minimum business expectations; assess monthly plan against targets, objectives and lead-year indication; provide summary report.
• To organises administrative task within section included maintains records.
• To seek for continuous improvement of work efficiency in the section.
• To follow all workplace disciplinary and compliance to BSH / government related rules and regulations.
• To report to superior if there any abnormality encounter / found.
• Undertake and perform any project, task and duties that assigned by superior after reviewing the needs of organization.
