Short Description

Execution of strategic After Sales Planning to promote services and products, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction, customer retention and BSH after sales profit.
(Delivery)
•    Carry out and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks or themes efficiently as assigned by immediate superior, in line with company expectations.
•    Prepare necessary reports in accordance with the team’s functions and responsibilities.
•    To undertake any others project, tasks & duties assigned by superior from time to time.
•    Prepare necessary items those assigned by immediate superior to support BSH internal sections, departments, divisions, business units, and external party i.e. ASH and HM.
(Operation)
•    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned and identify areas for improvement.
•    Collect market information and activities to enhance BSH dealer operations, aligning with company expectations and goals, through surveys or field visits to dealers.
•    Communicate actively with internal sections, departments, divisions and external party i.e. ASH and HM to enhance BSH operations by applying cross-functional activities.
•    Provide guidance to junior staff on know-how by complying to established procedures and policies.
(Tactical)
•    Increase, retain and ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers regarding Honda services and brand by implementing excellent customer service support.

Education

Bachelors in Business or Automotive
