Short Description


To improve customer satisfaction by offering technical and soft-skill training to BSH dealer staff to increase service quality and competency. 

•    Conduct HoST (MR, RT, DT: COM & FUN), new model/ Service Advisor Training (SAT L1/L2) to Dealer’s service personnel.
•    Monitor & evaluate the training program and trainee’s competency/performance to ensure their service quality and competency meet the BSH standard.
•    Conduct Skill Gap Analysis & Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify and ensure all competency needs within the organization are met and complied.
•    To undertake any other projects, task & duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Education
