Graduate - Vehicle Customer Support Analyst

As our Vehicle Customer Support Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for Honda Agents and Honda Australia Internal Customers, handling a variety of exciting tasks related to Vehicle Logistics, Sales, and Aftersales Systems support.

In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact to manage and resolve incoming queries with confidence and expertise, navigate multiple systems to ensure smooth transitions from campaign activation to delivery and understand associated challenges to then collaborate with different teams to find innovative solutions.

Working cross functionally, you will also be supporting with Honda Centre enquiries, and managing administrative tasks head on such as registrations, toll notices, reporting on stock metrics etc.
