As the Head of Digital at Honda Australia, you will spearhead the digital function, developing and leading data-driven strategies to enhance our online user experience and drive overall business objectives. In this critical role within the Brand & Marketing division, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, redesigning the website experience in line with global assets, leveraging the best of global Honda and rolling it out across Honda Australia to deliver a best-in-class website experience.
You will design and build a comprehensive digital and CRM team and strategy to boost customer retention and engagement. Leading AI-driven personalisation and automation of customer journeys across automotive retail and service will be a key part of your role. You'll also ensure we are utilising our martech platforms to their fullest potential and oversee the implementation of our Customer Data Platform (CDP).
