Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance

Short Description

Reporting to the General Manager Business Services, the Head of Legal Risk and Compliance will ensure the company’s corporate governance framework is in full compliance with Head Office (Honda Motor Japan), relevant Australian regulatory requirements and all relevant legislation. Working closely with the Senior Leadership team & Board of Directors in developing the organisations risk control framework to manage global and operational risks and legal exposures. Responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and effective legal and governance advice; ensuring good governance and legislative compliance in the management of the Organisation’s business; and promoting a compliance culture to facilitate the achievement of the Organisations objectives.
