Short Description

Foster collaboration among team members while ensuring adherence to company policies for a productive workplace. Offer targeted coaching to employees who have committed disciplinary offenses to help them understand the impact of their actions and guide them toward improved behavior. Engage with the department risk owner to proactively foresee and mitigate potential labor risks.

 

Specific Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Law, Management
  • Discipline and firm
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English (both oral & written)
  • Willing to hired as a contract employee
  • Willing to work under shifting hours
  • Placement in Karawang, West Java

 

General Requirement:

  • Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
  • Have valid Certificate of Good Conduct Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
