Short Description
To strategize and manage multiple resources across multiple departments in own initiative and efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain department operation and Company Business Planning Function.
Strategy
• To strategize and manage multiple resources across multiple departments in own initiative and efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain department operation and Company Business Planning Function.
• To outline long-term, short-term and yearly company vision, set the target and manage organization’s company’s action policy (tree plan), organised the discussion with E-COM and gained approval.
• To work out Scenario Planning focuses on an outlook for the future and its’ method and idea of possible future scenarios and how these may affect their strategic objectives.
• To manage and evaluate strategy proposal on business opportunities and risk management included future business planning.
• To set Strategy Prioritization to determine the order in which tasks or projects should be completed by evaluating the benefits and impact that completion would bring and get E-COM approval.
• To evaluate proposal of Sales and Production Plan (NIGURI Sheet) with multiple models; obtain E-COM approval of NIGURI proposal.
• To evaluate the proposal of new NIGURI for N-5, MTP after evaluating the TIV forecast, macro economy trend forecast, policy update and regulations changes, latest line-up info in multiple models; provide solution and comment whenever there is necessary.
• To evaluate and determine the best course of action / countermeasure that a disaster or an unfortunate occurrence threatens the normal operations in Business target.
• To plan the budget and determine the best cost effectiveness expenses and investment proposal in the department and ensure in line with company direction.
• To plan the subordinate’s development path and coach subordinates to seek for continuously improvement of work efficiency in the department.
Tactic
• To undertake proper Performance Evaluation and the training need analysis of subordinates and recommend appropriate solutions to improve their work performances.
• To lead the department to prioritize on how to maximize performance by enhance the ability of department and minimize losses and disruption of operations when calamity strikes by developing improved processes that are more resilient to upheaval.
• To follow up with GO/RO direction and Malaysia Regulations and perform internal evaluation; discussion with respective BU, evaluate the risk and opportunity and determine priority theme.
• To coordinate among organization to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and direction as appropriate.
• To evaluate and manage subordinate on Business Analyzer activities from Data analysis, market analysis, cost optimization consideration, perform measuring effectiveness, plan scenario modelling and prepare strategy road mapping and ensure completion and visualize within time given. Advise and comment whenever there is necessary.
Operational
• To manage overall operation of Sales & Production Plan with multiple models; and obtain E-COM approval on NIGURI Proposal.
• To manage the overall operation of the Business Proposal with opportunities and risk management and obtain E-COM approval.
