Short Description

To coordinates resources across multiple departments in strategic planning efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain External Affairs Function.
•    To coordinates resources across multiple departments in strategic planning efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain External Affairs Function.
•    To build and maintain influence in government department by engaging personnel relationship and understanding the government’s intention, especially relating to the latest government policy and regulations for automotive industry timely, reflecting into business operation to ensure compliance.
•    To identify and propose action plans by understanding all related government programs an maximize incentives and improve efficiency.
•    To actively participate in association meeting related to industry and gather latest statistical data, engage with government parties through association events and negotiate matters related with new policy, standards, regulations proposal etc.
•    To manage and work out proposal of maximize the communication of Honda Safety policy to stakeholders.
•    To manage variety of statistical data, analyses, develops planning studies and compiling proposal & performance reports to managements in a timely manner in support new and updated plans, requirement, target and regulations.
•    To plan, manage the company / department’s target and report the department’s progress, quarterly department tree plan and yearly target achievement.
•    To plan the budget and determine the best cost effectiveness expenses and investment proposal in the department and ensure in line with company direction.
•    To evaluate and determine the best course of action / countermeasure that a disaster or an unfortunate occurrence threatens the normal operations in Business target.
•    To lead the department to prioritize on how to maximize performance by enhance the ability of department and minimize losses and disruption of operations when calamity strikes by developing improved processes that are more resilient to upheaval. 
•    To plan the subordinate’s development path and coach subordinates to seek for continuously improvement of work efficiency in the section.
•    To coordinate among organization to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and direction as appropriate. 
•    To ensure operations and subordinates are compliance to BSH / government related rules and regulations. 
•    To handle all workplace disciplinary issues of subordinates effectively. 
•    To allocate and manage manpower resource according to the needs of the organization.
•    To undertake proper Performance Evaluation and the training need analysis of subordinates and recommend appropriate solutions to improve their work performances.
•    Undertake and perform any project, task and duties that assigned by superior after reviewing the needs of organization.
