About the role
As a Marketing Specialist in our Brand & Marketing division, you'll be at the helm of crafting and executing a unified marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals. You'll dive deep into insights and data to support both short-term and long-term marketing objectives, driving growth for Honda.
In this role, you will be delivering impactful marketing strategies and plans. You'll be the voice of our consumers, understanding their needs and translating those insights into growth for our business.
How you'll make an impact
- Review business objectives, strategies and develop marketing plans accordingly
- Manage the retail marketing program & Implement retail merchandising plan
- Maximise return on marketing investment through driving effective campaigns and marketing led initiatives.
- Manage the marketing program including sales campaigns, new product/service launches and product revisions
- Develop campaign briefs and targets using customer and business insight.
- Collaborate with the digital & website teams to deliver the best experience and journeys for consumers
- Assess and report on performance, identifying gaps and providing strategies to address the gaps
- Work with wider team of project managers to keep calendar of activities on track
What you'll bring to Honda
- 6+ years of experience in a Marketing, Brand or Digital Marketing role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business, or related field of study
- Experience in the marine, motorcycle or power equipment or related industries, or a proven track record in other franchising, loyalty or retail industry (desirable)
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, communications, retail marketing, and significant digital marketing expertise
- Proven ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders and enhance business performance
- Demonstrated experience in generating actionable insights from complex data sets
- Extensive experience in managing advertising and media agencies
- Strong project management, verbal, and written communication skills
