We're seeking Motorcycle Instructors to join our Honda Australia Rider Training (HART) team! You'll ensure safe and efficient course delivery in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures, whilst working towards satisfying the performance criteria of the required Competency Standards.

 

This is a Permanent Full-Time Opportunity!

 

How you’ll make an impact

  • Instruct students in motorcycle riding set out in the Quality Assurance procedures and curriculums.
  • Prioritise safety at all HART courses and activities.
  • Report any potential risks promptly to management.
  • Perform maintenance tasks including inspections, fueling, and cleaning as required on HART motorcycles, equipment, and premises.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

 

What you’ll bring to Honda

  • Completion of a certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).  Or the following units:
    • Assess Competence
    • Provide work skill instruction
    • Facilitate vocational training
  • Hold current state licences, vehicle, and motorcycle, with a history of no continual traffic infringements.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
  • Current first aid certificate.
  • Background in teaching is desirable but not essential.
