As Regional Head Quarter for Asian & Oceania Region.
  • To initiate implementation activity and ideas to drive A&O strategy.
  • To set up and implement improvement activity to create and operation standard and guideline. 
  • To deploy operation standard and guideline through affiliated/ subsidiary companies by training and instruction.
  • To analyze Aftersales KPI as A&O market sensing for strategy setting and operation improvement.
  • To organize regional events and meetings in A&O regions such as Aftersales and Service Manager meeting, Technician skill contest etc.
 
Qualifications: 
  1. Bachelor Degree in related fields
  2. Excellent command in English, both speak & writing (Minimum TOEIC 700)
  3. Japanese language ability will be advantage
  4. Having experience in Automotive & After-sales service background is a plus
  5. Good skill in analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  6. Strong ability to manage multiple-tasks with good coordination in team work and self-initiative
  7. Positive attitude, flexible, open-minded, supportive with customer-oriented mindset
  8. Able to travel upcountry and overseas
