The National Parts Manager is responsible for driving achievement of Parts revenue and profit targets across Motorcycles, Power Equipment and Marine business lines through strong P&L management and strategic planning aligned to company priorities, supported by effective dealer engagement & performance, high-performing team leadership, and proactive upward stakeholder management to maintain alignment and confidence at senior levels.
