Reporting to the Network Support Lead, the Network Support Administrator primary responsibility is for responding to Honda network parts queries and liaising with the Ownership Experience division to fulfil network requirements. The role is required to demonstrate an exceptional CX during all interactions with the Honda Network, 3rd parties and AUH associates, developing and maintaining positive relationships when responding to queries or processing/controlling manual credits. In addition to supporting Supply Chain projects across all function areas.
