Risk and Governance Specialist

Short Description

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, the Risk and Governance Specialist is responsible to engage internal stakeholders to promote and embed a highly customer focused legal, risk and governance system across our business operations in Australia. In this role you will manage the operation of our Governance system in accordance with the requirements of the global Honda Corporate Governance (HCG) system. You will also manage the operation of the associated governance system committees by coordinating required committee meetings, taking minutes, compiling, and distributing material, updating registers and communication to the business.
