Sales Strategy & Planning Specialist

Short Description

Reporting to the Executive Manager - Planning, this role plays a key role within our PowerSports and Product team, working cross‑functionally to shape and deliver impactful sales plans and campaigns. You will lead the development and execution of sales initiatives, promotions, and incentive programs designed to drive performance and support the organisation’s revenue, profit, and sales objectives.

This role is also responsible for ensuring robust sales planning to support the sales forecasting process, as well as the effective campaign management. Through strong collaboration and strategic focus, you will help bring our retail strategy to life and drive sustainable growth across the business.
