Job Title : Senior Engineer

Division/ Department : Production Control

Reporting Supervisor : HOD 

Minimum Qualifications : Diploma/B-Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)/ ICWA Intermediate

Preferred/Desired qualification : Knowledge of MS PowerPoint / Excel

Specific experience : Production Planning/Process Costing

Overall experience : 5-6 Years (Diploma)/ 4-5 Years (B-Tech) / 4-5 Years (ICWA Intermediate) 

Job Purpose

 - Production Scenario analysis & Direct Manpower planning based on production forecast.

- Feasibility study of new model.

- Budget planning & controlling. 

Key Responsibilities

Functional:-

• Knowledge of Mfg. Process

• Knowledge of Budgeting terms

• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14000 Documentation

• Trend analysis & graphical understanding

• Feasibility Study for Production scenario change / New model

• Good Analytical Skills

• Good Communication Skills

• Good knowledge to MS Office

• Good Problem-Solving Skills 

• Basic Knowledge of Japanese Language

Customer:- 

• Co-ordination with all Manufacturing shops & Production Planning Group

Financial:- 

• Prepare & Monitor the Budget (Capital & Revenue)

• Knowledge of Process Cost Calculation
