Job Title: Sr. Executive
Division: Regional Sales Office-North (Area Office – Delhi)
Location: Greater Noida – Head Office
Job purpose: To execute departmental goals and strategies by forecasting and achieving planned sales through effective field activities while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and norms within the assigned territory.
Minimum Qualifications: BE/B tech or Professional Graduate (Marketing)
Preferred/Desired qualification: BE/B tech Rural Marketing / Agricultural / MBA-Marketing
Specific experience: 5 yrs. Working experience in Equipment sales through dealers and Institution
Overall Experience: 5-10 years (Age Limit up to 35 Years) Channel sales in Agriculture or related industry through Dealers and institutions both in Rural & Urban Market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To expand sales in assigned territory by executing the tasks planned in discussion with Area Manager & Dealers.
- Ensure adequate Physical stock by dealers as per market requirement.
- Execute by assisting & participating in planned sales generation activities at dealerships (like product demonstrations, advertisements, retail promotion schemes, SM incentive schemes, events, etc.)
- Assist Dealership in converting some prospective enquiries
- Support & monitor HIPP's Demo men, Dealer's staff in executing sales systems and processes (Like Activity reports, MIS, Feedback reports etc.)
- Visit to Corporate institutions and Govt department for tender based sales & subsidy for your assigned territory.
- Facilitate idea generation and exchange of best practices between dealers filling of Dealer Visit Report
- Gathering Market Information by meeting Customers, Opinion Makers, Competition Dealers, Financiers etc. and feedback report to area sales office.
- Customer feedback about our existing products and new product introduced or to be introduced in market.
- If need arise, search for new dealer prospects in assigned territory
- Upgrading sales and service infrastructure in assigned territory to meet or exceed company norms
- Provide first level monitoring of product support (service and parts) systems and processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance of dealerships with other commercial policies, working policies, corporate identity program etc.
- Conduct on-site training for dealer & salesmen (product features, usage, comparison with competition etc.)
- To keep a track on timely collection of dealer outstanding with HIPP.
- Judicious usage of allocated Budget.
- Complete administrative tasks such as monthly tour planning, filing of dealer visit report, personal claims etc.
