Short Description

This role is responsible to establish and maintain good dealer relationships with the goal to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. He/ She will also act as a coordinator between the company and the dealers for all communications related to business directions, policies, and information sharing.  
•    Supervise & coach junior executives from time to time.
•    Support and work towards the achievement of the branch sales target and ensure that the sales target are met.
•    Plan monthly sales allocation and communicate effectively with dealers on the target.
•    Daily monitoring of dealers’ credit limit and account receivable.
•    Function as a coordinator & sharing experience from other dealers on sales activities/events, registration, campaign incentives & campaign trip to another dealer for improvement purpose.
•    Build good rapport with both dealers & sub-dealers through regular monthly planned visits.
•    Maintain networking for information on competitors’ activities, new models, competitors’ sales incentive campaigns and collect reliable market intelligence & info validation from external sources.
•    Have detailed understanding of Honda products/services.
•    Study, maintain and strengthen networking with Honda dealers and to identify each area’s respective weaknesses and strengths.
•    Ensure full range of model line-up display, availability of the latest POP materials at dealers’ showroom.
•    Assist to check regularly for Honda Impian X showroom Visual Identity (VI) compliance during dealer visits.
•    Support Dealer Network Development activities and initiatives for dealers from time to time. 
•    Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
